Rank bans

until we get more members in other areas there will be a temporary ban on ranks. Konoha will be the only place not under this ban, all other villages/organizations/missing nin will not accept anything higher than B rank nin. Those who are already applying will be under a grandfather clause and not restricted as much, but there will still be limitations in place based on where you want to go. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Rank capacities have been reduced in the open ranks topic.

Currently, Kumo, Iwa, and Kiri may only have an additional A-Rank Shinobi of Jounin rank.

The second S-Rank Missing-nin slot has been reserved for plot use.
