Summoning Contract Rules
- Unless you are the owner of a contract, you must gain access to an existing summon through roleplay.
- A summon can only be brought forth twice in a fight. If summoned a second time, it will return with the same chakra it left with.
- Unless otherwise given permission, a total of three different summons can be used per thread.
- Techniques used by a summon will follow the base costs for a technique of that specialty. Cost reductions do not apply.
- A contract can have a single S-Rank summoning, which will often be dubbed a 'Boss' summon.
- A contract holder, unless given permission, can only be signed to a single contract at a time.
- Summons will only be able to last so long outside of their home environments (unless approved otherwise), causing them to be taxed after they spend a certain amount of time in the topic. Once this cooldown is reached, it is reached for the thread, so dispelling and recalling a summon will not refresh it.
After five posts of activity, a summon will be taxed 2CP per post.
After ten posts of activity, a summon will be taxed 4CP per post.
After twenty posts of activity, a summon will be taxed 8CP per post.
Once the summon's chakra falls below 10CP, they are automatically dispelled so long as they are not killed before it happens. Summons are capable of dispelling themselves by their own judgment, or the contract holder can order them to go home.
Traveling companions should be registered as creatures rather than summons unless otherwise permissed.
