Name: Transformation Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Purpose: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Short Duration: Until deactivated or dispersed.
Description: Given all the missions ninja are assigned to - battle, intelligence gathering, diversions - this is a priceless ninjutsu. It is typically used to change into people other than oneself, but one also has the ability to change into animals, plants, and even inanimate objects like weapons. This gives this technique an abundance of uses. The transformation of a skilled shinobi will be exactly like the genuine article, so it will be impossible to tell the two apart. On the other hand, a transformation performed by an inexperienced person will have obvious discrepancies. It will be impossible to deceive anyone with it. This is one of the most basic ninjutsu, as such most shinobi know how to perform it.

Description: A ninjutsu that creates an intangible copy of one's own body, without any substance. Since the clone itself doesn't have the ability to attack, and thus can only be used to confuse the enemy, it is mainly used in combination with other ninjutsu. It's a basic technique, but depending on one's ingenuity, it can be used effectively. The clones may not dissipate when they come into contact with something.
These clones can be easily distinguished by persons with dōjutsu. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones do not have shadows and will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (i.e. won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

Description: With this technique, users replace their own body with some other object, generally with a block of wood, the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. It's a basic ninjutsu even taught at the Academy, but it's a useful art that can be applied in variety of situations. Description: The Body Flicker Technique is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination.
The body flicker technique cannot be used to initiate an attack and an attack cannot be performed after the technique is used, however its uses are not limited so long as they are not offensive in nature.

Description: This technique is a standard ninjutsu which allows a shinobi to summon an assortment of items that have been stored in special seals, using fūinjutsu. Scrolls are the most commonly chosen for item storage. When needed, the owner activates the seals releasing their stored items or weapons of choice. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use.

Description: A basic technique taught at the Academy. It allows a ninja to free themselves if they have been tied up. How this is done is unknown.
Name: Tree Climbing Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Purpose: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Short Duration: After activation, this can be maintained indefinitely so long as the user is controlling it.
Description: Tree Climbing Practice is a training method used to gain more skills with chakra control. This training involves focusing a fixed amount of chakra to the bottom of one's feet, and using that to climb a tree without using one's hands. If the stream of chakra is too weak, the user will lose their footing on the tree and fall off. If it is too strong, the user will be pushed away from the tree, causing the tree to break around the point of contact and the user will fall.
Name: Water Walking Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Purpose: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Short Duration: After activation, this can be maintained indefinitely so long as the user is controlling it.
Description: This training method is used to gain better chakra control. To do this, the user has to be emitting a constant stream of chakra from the bottom of the their feet and using the repellent force to walk across the water's surface. This technique is more difficult to master than the Tree Climbing Practice, because the amount of chakra that needs to be emitted changes constantly.
It has also been shown that one can use their chakra to "skate" across the water surface, like an ice skater, instead of just walking or running. And, as noted by Jiraiya, the more one trains this technique the more they reach a state where they stand on water without even noticing it or basically even trying.

Description: The user disturbs their own flow of chakra after realizing they are in a genjutsu, attempting to break the genjutsu. An equal amount of chakra must be paid in order to lift the genjutsu's effects.

Description: The user will aim an open palm in any direction and fire a rod shape of neon release that is one foot long and two inches in diameter.
Drawbacks: For each laser fired off the user pays an extra D rank amount of chakra, for the C rank is used to start the jutsu and keep it going. - Name: Neon Beam Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Purpose: Offensive Element: Neon (plasma) Range: Short 0m-5m, Med 5m-15m, Long 15m+ Duration: single use
Description: The user will point their index finger in any direction and fire a beam of neon release that is three feet long and half an inch in diameter.
Drawbacks: This technique is mainly used for long ranged pinpoint attacks, so if the user cant properly see, or is too far away they can be easily blocked before the attack is fired off. - Name: Neon Speed Rank: C, B, S Type: Ninjutsu Purpose: Supplementary Element: Neon (plasma) Range: Self Duration: three posts
Description: The user will use neon release to propel themselves faster than normal by speeding up there body through the speed of which the chakra travels, increasing their speed depending on the level of chakra used to activate the technique. (C=1 rank faster, B=2 ranks faster, S=3 ranks faster)
Drawbacks: This technique only works if the user is on some sort of surface. If they are knocked off the ground or suspended in the air this technique will remain active but won’t cause any effect, wasting the chakra. If S rank is used the user has to pay base chakra cost. If S rank is used this technique won’t be able to be used for the rest of the topic. - Name: Neon Armor Rank: B (C) Type: Ninjutsu Purpose: Defensive Element: Neon (plasma) Range: Self Duration: six posts
Description: The user will coat their own body in a layer of neon release, defending themselves against B rank techniques and less. (A rank earth techniques or less)
Drawbacks: B rank techniques will chip away the armor, causing it to take a post to reform, this is where the C rank chakra upkeep comes into play. An A rank technique would knock the user completely out of the jutsu. Bloodline buffs and weaknesses add into effect. - Name: Neon Coating Rank: C (D) Type: Weaponry Purpose: Offensive Element: Neon (plasma) Range: Weapon Duration: ???
Description: The user will coat their weapon in neon release, greatly increasing their cutting power and giving the weapon a burning effect (one rank above weapon rank), cauterizing most wounds as to reduce the chance of successful surgical healing factors.
Drawbacks: Neon causes a bright light so it would be hard to conceal this process, as well as the weapon the technique was applied to. Weapons being held require an D rank upkeep every other post to keep the effect going. - Name: Neon Blade Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Purpose: Offensive Element: Neon (plasma) Range: Short 0-5m Duration: until destroyed/released
Description: The user will form a blade of neon release in their hand, using it as a makeshift weapon in instances where a quick attack is needed or a weapon is not easily reached.
Drawbacks: The blade cannot leave the user’s hand, so once the user’s hand opens it loses its stability and dissipates, a B rank attack will destroy the blade, an A rank earth rank will destroy it, and a C rank wind technique will cancel out with it. - Name: Neon Body Flicker Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Purpose: Supplementary Element: Neon (plasma) Range: Short 0m-5m, Med 5m-15m, Long 15m+ Duration: single use

Description: after a short string of handsigns the user will form discs of neon release of all sizes. Uses can range from throwing the discs, using them like saws, using them as a makeshift shield or a type of stepping stone.
Drawbacks: After one hit the discs dissipate, and for each disc made it costs a B rank of chakra. - Name: Neon Release: Shadow Clone Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Purpose: Supplementary Element: Neon (plasma) Range: Short 0m-5m, Med 5m-15m, Long 15m+ Duration: ???
Description: The user will create a shadow clone out of neon release, and when dispersed the clone will explode with the same elemental effect as neon release.
Drawbacks: These clones can only use neon release techniques. - Name: Shoop Da Whoop Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Purpose: Offensive Element: Neon (plasma) Range: Short 0m-5m, Med 5m-15m, Long 15m+ Duration: single use
Description: The user will gather chakra in their abdomen and expel it from their mouth in a giant blast of neon release. The blast has a diameter of twenty feet and is fifty feet long. The blast itself will travel 100 yards before it dissipates. Anything caught in the beam will be incinerated, and anything within 10 yards of the beam will be knocked back from the strong following force.
Drawbacks: The user can only use this once per topic, as it causes a lot of strain on the abdomen and throat. Bloodline buffs and weaknesses apply. - Name: Neon Arc Rank: B (C) Type: Ninjutsu Purpose: Offensive Element: Neon (plasma) Range: Short 0m-5m, Med 5m-15m, Long 15m+ Duration: three posts
Description: The user will swing their arm in any direction and send out an arc of neon release flying towards the direction they swung their arm.

Description: The user will mix their knowledge of medical ninjutsu and their use of neon release to cauterize wounds to stop bleeding, and with extra chakra control this can be used to incinerate internal parasites, poison, and to stop internal bleeding.
Drawbacks: The user will be vulnerable when using this technique due to the concentration needed they are unable to use other techniques while using this technique. All other activated techniques will be released (except clone techniques)

Name: Micro Filament Razor Wire Rank: A Origin: Zevas built these wires when watching a skilled puppet user use chakra strings. He wanted to try and recreate a weaponized affect to this jutsu, but he himself could use. Zevas designed these wires not only for offensive purposes but also defensive.
Element: N/A Description: A set of very long micro filament razor wires, which Zevas controls as if they were extensions of his own body. The wires are sharp enough to slice through steel and concrete with no trouble though, he can use them to bind and restrain targets without damaging them. One side of these wires is sharp, like a small blade, while the other side is flat, and able to restrain opponents. Zevas has these wires hidden in the gloves he wears, pulling them out when he needs to use them. There are ten wires in total, one per finger. These wires are so small it would take someone with an extreme amount of skill (or Visual Prowess) to see them.
Traits: A-Rank ability: Extreme durability despite the thin and long size of the micro filament blades. These blades will become damaged and in need of repair, being rendered unusable till then, with 15 A rank attacks, or 2 S rank attacks per topic. Also, if these weapons are holding someone, after 5 A rank attacks, or 1 S rank attacks, the wires will fall and release the held item.

Name: Eye Scope Rank: D Origin: Zevas made this telescope to increase his range of sight to be used in conjunction with some of his jutsu
Element: N/A Description: This a single eye telescope design like Deidara’s, but instead this tool can fold out of sight and away from the eye.
Traits: E Rank ability-Control: with a single use of an E rank activation of chakra, Zevas can control the eye scope. Once the eye scope is put away it will need another E rank chakra cost to actiate it again.

Name: Channeling Rod Rank: C Origin: Zevas found this ninja tool in a random abandoned home near his village when he was younger. It took him awhile to finally figure out that it was an actual weapon instead of some dumb piece of stupid material.
Element: N/A Description: This rod looks like the hilt of a sword or some sort of handled weapon. This hilt is made of a special chakra conductive material that allows Zevas to shoot his elements through it and shape them into different items or weapons.
Traits: C rank Ability-channeling: Zevas is able to channel an element through this rod with a single C rank chakra cost. Once the element is channeled it stays stabilized and can be formed into multiple shapes and objects. To use a new element Zevas would have to deactivate the first and pay the chakra cost again.
