Name: Transformation Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Purpose: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Short Duration: Until deactivated or dispersed.
Description: Given all the missions ninja are assigned to - battle, intelligence gathering, diversions - this is a priceless ninjutsu. It is typically used to change into people other than oneself, but one also has the ability to change into animals, plants, and even inanimate objects like weapons. This gives this technique an abundance of uses. The transformation of a skilled shinobi will be exactly like the genuine article, so it will be impossible to tell the two apart. On the other hand, a transformation performed by an inexperienced person will have obvious discrepancies. It will be impossible to deceive anyone with it. This is one of the most basic ninjutsu, as such most shinobi know how to perform it.
Name: Clone Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Purpose: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Short Duration:
Description: A ninjutsu that creates an intangible copy of one's own body, without any substance. Since the clone itself doesn't have the ability to attack, and thus can only be used to confuse the enemy, it is mainly used in combination with other ninjutsu. It's a basic technique, but depending on one's ingenuity, it can be used effectively. The clones may not dissipate when they come into contact with something.
These clones can be easily distinguished by persons with dōjutsu. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones do not have shadows and will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (i.e. won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).
Name: Body Replacement Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Purpose: Defensive, Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Short Duration: 1 post
Description: With this technique, users replace their own body with some other object, generally with a block of wood, the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. It's a basic ninjutsu even taught at the Academy, but it's a useful art that can be applied in variety of situations. Limited to 3 uses per topic. Must have an item to replace with.
Name: Body Flicker Technique Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Purpose: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Short to Far Duration: 1 post
Description: The Body Flicker Technique is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination.
The body flicker technique cannot be used to initiate an attack and an attack cannot be performed after the technique is used, however its uses are not limited so long as they are not offensive in nature.
Name: Generic Sealing Technique Rank: E Type: Fuinjutsu Purpose: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Short Duration: 1 post (storing is infinite)
Description: This technique is a standard ninjutsu which allows a shinobi to summon an assortment of items that have been stored in special seals, using fūinjutsu. Scrolls are the most commonly chosen for item storage. When needed, the owner activates the seals releasing their stored items or weapons of choice. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use.
Name: Rope Escape Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Purpose: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Short Duration: 1 post
Description: A basic technique taught at the Academy. It allows a ninja to free themselves if they have been tied up. How this is done is unknown.
Name: Tree Climbing Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Purpose: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Short Duration: After activation, this can be maintained indefinitely so long as the user is controlling it.
Description: Tree Climbing Practice is a training method used to gain more skills with chakra control. This training involves focusing a fixed amount of chakra to the bottom of one's feet, and using that to climb a tree without using one's hands. If the stream of chakra is too weak, the user will lose their footing on the tree and fall off. If it is too strong, the user will be pushed away from the tree, causing the tree to break around the point of contact and the user will fall.
Name: Water Walking Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Purpose: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Short Duration: After activation, this can be maintained indefinitely so long as the user is controlling it.
Description: This training method is used to gain better chakra control. To do this, the user has to be emitting a constant stream of chakra from the bottom of the their feet and using the repellent force to walk across the water's surface. This technique is more difficult to master than the Tree Climbing Practice, because the amount of chakra that needs to be emitted changes constantly.
It has also been shown that one can use their chakra to "skate" across the water surface, like an ice skater, instead of just walking or running. And, as noted by Jiraiya, the more one trains this technique the more they reach a state where they stand on water without even noticing it or basically even trying.
Name: Genjutsu Release (Genjutsu Kai) Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Purpose: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Short Duration: 1 post
Description: The user disturbs their own flow of chakra after realizing they are in a genjutsu, attempting to break the genjutsu. An equal amount of chakra must be paid in order to lift the genjutsu's effects.
Canon Techniques - Spoiler:
Name: Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique) Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Purpose: Offensive Element: Katon Range: Short - Far Duration: 1 post
Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth either as a massive orb of roaring flame or as a continuous flame-thrower. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface.
Name: Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Fire Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Purpose: Offensive Element: Katon Range: Short to Far Duration: 1 post
Description: This technique creates a volley of small fireballs, which are sent flying in an unpredictable manner assaulting the enemy. In addition, the flames are controlled one by one with chakra, so avoiding them all is extremely difficult. Shuriken can also be concealed within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames, the shuriken can be controlled with chakra. For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction.
Inuzuka Techniques - Spoiler:
Name: Four Legs Technique Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Purpose: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Short Duration: Until deactivated. Description: This technique grants animal-like accelerated fighting instinct and reflexes to the user. By enveloping their entire body in chakra and moving on all fours, they can obtain high speed movement and reflexes like that of a wild animal. Taught only to the members of the Inuzuka clan, this technique forms the basis of a Inuzuka clan member's taijutsu fighting style, and will add even more to their feral-like appearances; their canine teeth, their finger and toenails grow to claw-like length, their eyes also become more wild with their pupils becoming slits.
When under the effects of this technique, an Inuzuka will display great feats of physical strength, speed, agility and endurance. The form is best suited for using and supporting the ferocious "hit-and-run" tactics that the clan is well known for, leaving the enemy barely any time to launch a counter attack. It should be noted, however, that the user can become very fatigued if they use this technique for very long periods of time.
Name: Beast Human Clone Rank: D Type: Offensive Purpose: Offensive Element: N/A Range: Short Duration: Until deactivated or dispersed Description: It allows a canine-user to transform their animal companion into a perfect copy of themselves. When combined with the Four Legs Technique, the user and the animal become virtually impossible to tell apart, since both act equally feral. Like any transformation, the technique can be broken by identifying and attacking the animal, thus dispelling the transformation.
Name: Passing Fang Rank: D Type: Taijutsu Purpose: Offensive Element: N/A Range: Short to Far Duration: 1 post Description: The user spins at a ferocious speed and delivers many powerful beast-like attacks when contact is made with the target. The damage it can inflict on a human target can be extremely damaging, as it can readily tear through thick tree branches and chakra reinforced earth wall; all of which with a radius thicker than the user itself. This technique can be continued from post to post with a continued payment of D-Rank chakra.
Name: Fang Passing Fang Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Purpose: Offensive Element: N/A Range: Short to Medium Duration: 1 post Description: The user and their ninken partner spin at a ferocious speed and deliver many powerful beast-like attacks when contact is made with the target. The force of this attack is strong enough to drill through stone, and can be very deadly with many direct hits to the target themselves. This technique can be continued from post to post with a continued payment of C-Rank chakra.
Name: Fang Rotating Fang Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Purpose: Offensive Element: N/A Range: Short to Medium Duration: 1 post Description: The user and their ninken partner roll at a ferocious speed in a buzz-saw like shape, and deliver many powerful beast-like attacks when contact is made with the target. Unlike the Fang Passing Fang, this technique can deliver more of a cutting-style attack, which makes it far more effective against single targets. This technique can be continued from post to post with a continued payment of C-Rank chakra.
Name: Human Beast Combination Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Purpose: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Short Duration: Until deactivated. Description: A Combination Transformation where the user and their ninken become a single entity. It is a speciality of the Inuzuka clan, they fuse into a two-headed wolf, thus drastically increasing their size, and power. In their direct attacks, they demonstrate great efficiency. Furthermore, using techniques in addition to this gives birth to an extraordinary destructive power. While in this form, the user and the ninken's strength and speed are much higher than what they were separately.
Name: Fang Wolf Fang Rank: B Type: Taijutsu Purpose: Offensive Element: N/A Range: Short to Far Duration: 1 post Description: Man and beast transform into a single two-headed, gigantic animal thanks to the Human Beast Combination Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf technique, and have their body spin in a violent assault against the enemy. The ultra-violent rotation creates a vacuum vortex in its surroundings, that tears the enemy apart even without touching them directly. The excessively high speed of the rotation strips the user of their field of vision, but marking the enemy beforehand makes it possible to tail them with the sense of smell. The power is great enough to dent a Rashōmon gate. Such power is not without its drawbacks however, as it can quickly tire the user out. The longer the user attempts to use this technique, the more tiring it becomes. If continued to a second post, the user must pay A-Rank chakra, followed by S-Rank chakra on the third post, and finally it deactivates on the fourth.
Name: Super Fang Wolf Fang Rank: A Type: Taijutsu Purpose: Offensive Element: N/A Range: Short to Medium Duration: 1 post Description: Man and beast transform into a single two-headed gigantic animal by the Human Beast Combination Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf technique, and just like its parent technique, have their body spin in a violent assault against the enemy. The power is great enough to break through three Rashōmon gates without losing its power. In addition unlike its parent technique it does not first require the use of Dynamic Marking first. Like its parent technique, this technique can tire the user out extremely quickly through extended use. If the technique is continued on to a second post, the user must pay S-Rank chakra in order to continue it. It is deactivated on a third post.
Custom Techniques - Spoiler:
Name: Katon: Tsuga (Fire Release: Passing Fang) Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu Purpose: Offensive Element: Katon Range: Short to Medium Duration: 1 post Description: This technique operates exactly like Passing Fang, except the user spews flames from their mouth while performing it. The rapid spinning of Passing Fang causes the fire to whirl around the user violently, much like a miniature typhoon. Upon contact, the additional heat can catch opponents on fire and severely burn them, in addition to the already devastating damage of passing fang by itself.
Drawbacks: The flames produced by this technique make it impossible for the user to track a target unless they are paired with their ninken in Katon: Garuga or have exceptional sensory abilities.
Name: Katon: Garuga (Fire Release: Fang Passing Fang) Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu Purpose: Offensive Element: Katon Range: Short to Medium Duration: 1 post Description: This technique works exactly like Fang Passing Fang, except the user is spewing flames around themselves and their ninken during it. With the addition of their ninken, the power of this technique increases twofold, causing the on-contact damage to provide much more searing burn and the fang passing fang itself to be even more capable of breaking defenses and destroying terrain. Extended contact can be lethal if the target allows themselves to be drilled into the ground.
Drawbacks: This technique can be tiring to perform, and once such energy is exerted to perform it, the user will be unable to use it again for two posts while they recover.
Name: Katon: Garoga (Fire Release: Fang Wolf Fang) Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu Purpose: Offensive Element: Katon Range: Short to Far Duration: 1 post Description: This technique works exactly like Fang Wolf Fang, except the user is spitting a massive amount of flames while they are performing it. The existing vortex created by the technique alone is now warped and spinning with intense flames that easily burn anything near them, not just on contact. As the technique makes contact with and pierces a target, it can easily begin to sear their bodies and even burn their internal organs as they are struck. The technique is most definitely lethal with extended contact.
Drawbacks: This technique is so fatiguing to perform that the user would only be able to maintain their double-headed wolf form for one more post, but would be incapable of performing this technique or a higher ranked technique again. Afterwards, they will immediately disperse and have to three posts before entering the combination form again.
Name: Katon: Cho Garoga (Fire Release: Super Fang Wolf Fang) Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu Purpose: Offensive Element: Katon Range: Short to Far Duration: 1 post Description: This technique functions exactly like Super Fang Wolf Fang, except the user is spitting a tremendous amount of flames while they perform it. The spinning of the technique essentially becomes a firestorm, setting the landscape ablaze and surely dealing lethal damage to those unlucky persons that get caught up in the destruction. The vortex that the flames are caught in increase the intensity of the flames, causing the heat to escalate to unbelievable levels.
Drawbacks: The user is incapable of maintaining the two-headed wolf form after using this technique, and will instantly disperse back to their normal form after finishing the technique. In addition, the technique is so fatiguing that they will be unable to perform jutsu for an additional post after using this technique.

Name: Hiden: Terōpu Fuin no Jutsu 手ロープ封印術 (Hidden Technique: Hand Rope Seal Technique) Rank: A Type: Fuinjutsu Purpose: Offensive, Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Short Duration: Indefinite until removed Description: This seal is preemptively placed on the user's body, generally hidden inside the sleeves of a top or in another inconspicuous place. Then, the technique can be activated when touching or just before touching a targeted person to have the seal spread from the user's body to the target's, wrapping around their arms and hands and forcing them behind their back. The seal forces the target's fingers to be held out and apart so no hand seals can be formed in order to break the sealing. Once the seal has finished placing itself, it will break off and the original seal will retreat back into the hiding place it was once at, waiting to be activated again. This seal is very useful for apprehending several targets, as it spreads and applies its effect quickly.
Drawbacks: Someone with Adept fuinjutsu skill would be able to remove the seal from the target without much effort, making it dangerous to use if the enemies in particular are all skilled with fuinjutsu.
Kenjutsu Techniques - Spoiler:
Name: Riposte!! Rank: C Type: Kenjutsu Purpose: Offensive, Defensive Element: N/A Range: Short Duration: 1 post Description: In fencing, performing a riposte occurs when the fencer parries an attack and then makes a counterattack. This technique further exemplifies this tactic and imbues their weapon with chakra from the beginning, first increasing their chance of successfully parrying the incoming strike, and then using chakra to increase the strength of the counter strike. The reinforcement of the chakra causes these actions to have much more physical force, possibly knocking the opponent severely off balance with the parry and then further injuring them or knocking them off of their feet with the return strike.
Drawbacks: This technique's full effect comes from a parry and a counter strike, causing it to be generally weaker if it can only perform one of the two. A waste of chakra, so to say.
Name: Wind Release: Concussive Riposte!! Rank: A Type: Kenjutsu Purpose: Offensive, Defensive Element: Futon Range: Short Duration: 1 post Description: This technique works exactly like Riposte!!, except that the user imbues their weapon with a massive amount of wind release chakra prior to the engagement. This technique is performed without hand seals. The blade, upon contact, releases the wind release in two volatile bursts. The first is released in order to ensure the parry happens, the gust coming out like a wall towards the opponent, assuredly throwing them off balance if not knocking them back. The second burst is released when the counterattack is performed, causing concussive damage to the opponent's body in addition to the cutting power of the blade, likely knocking them down and severely injuring them. The force of the wind released from this technique can cause the ground to slightly crumble under the opponent's feet.
Drawbacks: If performed incorrectly, the wind can also harm the user of the technique, interrupting one's own balance.
Name: Hiden: Rising Waltz Rank: S Type: Kenjutsu Purpose: Offensive Element: Futon Range: Short to Medium Duration: 1 post Description: This is what Dante considers to be his strongest technique. The ultimate move against his foes, the strikes to tear their bodies asunder - strikes that are very lethal. Rising Waltz begins by channeling an immense amount of wind release chakra through one's body and into one's blade, causing the sharpened ends and ridges to shine white with nearly solid wind chakra. Unlike the Wind Release: Riposte!!, this technique is designed to increase a weapon's cutting potential tenfold in addition to the speed at which one can operate it. The user then takes a fighting stance before releasing quick bursts of the wind release chakra to move forward. The user propels themselves to high speeds with the controlled bursts, causing them to appear a like a blur moving around the battlefield. The user travels a brief distance, usually up to 10m to their target, and then unleashes wind release chakra in addition to cutting the opponent with their blade. This burst of chakra is channeled through the blade, meant specifically for cutting, the power of which is lethal as a direct hit. If not striking important organs, it will easily dismember. The bursts of chakra last long enough for the opponent to strike up to 5 foes in succession, or to strike a single opponent up to 5 times at blinding speed.
Drawbacks: The user will be exhausted after performing this technique, only capable of operating at 50% of their general potential for a post. Afterwards, they can operate at 75% for a post, then back to 100%. This technique is designed to kill, and if the user can't accomplish that when they perform it, they are in for a very difficult time. This technique can be performed a second time after five posts, but it will leave the user too exhausted to fight for the rest of the topic.

Name: Due to the way Dante fights, he nicknamed his weapon Sorasu (そらす, 'Divert'). Rank: S Origin: Forged in the mighty fires of Iwagakure's weapon pits as a personal request from Dante.
Element: The blade is chakra conductive. Description: Dante's sword is a rapier, a thin blade meant for the continuous practice of parrying and counterattacking. The blade extends some 41 inches and is approximately 1 inch in width, down to a sharp point at the end. In addition, the blade is very light, weighing only two pounds. The rapier has a swept hilt, which not only looks stylish but also protects the hand from other weapons. The blade itself is of a steel color, and the hilt is coated black with a silver linen lining the handle itself for a stronger grip.
Traits:
Name: Unbreakable Rank: S Description: Despite its flimsy nature, Sorasu has proven to be a nigh indestructible weapon. It has clashed with all sorts of things and shown resistance to heat, cold, and raw force alike. While the weapon is extremely resilient to extended combat, it can and will eventually be worn down through wear and tear, as all things will be. Aside from straight physical attacks, the blade is also resilient to elemental attacks, however they can damage it over time. The blade can withstand up to 20 A-Rank techniques, or up to 3 S-Rank techniques per topic.
Name: Gradual Force Rank: A Description: With the way Sorasu is wielded, each strike or parry gathers and diverts force to be used in the next strike. This continues until the next parry is strong enough to knock an opponent out of balance, creating an opening for a strike. In this sense, the stronger the strike against Sorasu, the stronger the counter-strike is going to be against the opponent, possibly even knocking them off of their feet.
Name: Chakra Conductive Rank: B Description: Sorasu can have techniques channeled through it via its chakra conductive metals.
